    Description

    One of the world’s largest consumer healthcare companies is now hiring for a HR Lead, APAC, to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of HR who is also based in Singapore, this individual contributor role will be critical in the creation and implementation of all HR work and strategies. This individual will actively support their business partners and drive important people and talent development actions.

    Role
    As a strategic HR lead, this role will ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans, to identify gaps and evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions. This role will take charge of strategic HR work to support business goals, and work to develop trusted partnerships with the respective leaders and teams within a matrix organization. Leveraging on analytics and a strong business acumen, you will also be identifying talent needs of the business – and implement talent strategies to develop and grow the talent pool. At various levels: global, regional and country or cluster levels, you will work with the relevant HR counterparts on employee engagement, talent agendas and change management initiatives as required.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience. Prior experience within a matrix organization and within the Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG industries would be a plus. You have a business mindset – with a proven track record in being able to consolidate insights and drive talent outcomes for the business. Finally, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and to interact with multiple stakeholders.
