Our client is a premier private bank with a well-established presence in Dubai. In support of its continued growth and business strategy, it is now recruiting a high caliber HR Lead, Dubai.

Responsibilities

Based in Dubai and reporting to Country Executive, you will develop & drive business-aligned HR strategy and programs including workforce transformation, cultural change and talent management agenda. You will work closely with senior management, both in-country and HQ, in shaping organizational effectiveness strategy. You will utilize strong consultation and influencing skills in implementing and managing related people change programs to support the intended business growth and priorities. As a change champion, you will manage & oversee ongoing engagement and communications activities across various stakeholders, and work with relevant HR product specialist to execute effective HR programs.

Requirements

With strong Human Resources experience gained in a major private bank, you possess good track record in leading large-scale organisational effectiveness project. With strong interpersonal, communication and execution skills, you will be strategic, driven, operationally hands-on, solutions-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment.
