Our client is a US MNC with strong global and regional presence. There is now an opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join them as their HR Manager (C&B).
You will oversee the full range HR Generalist responsibilities and manage the full suite of Compensation & Benefit matters. You will be be given the autonomy to design salary framework, review and improve the current HR C&B policies and procedures, and oversee salary benchmarking exercises. Working with people from diverse backgrounds, both locally and regionally, you will have the opportunity to create and drive C&B policies that match their experiences.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with the different Heads of Departments. You will manage 2 direct reports and you are familiar with benefits adminstration.
You will have at least 5 to 8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with focus in Compensation & Benefits. Solid experience in project management and change management. Proficient in managing people and have worked in a matrix environment. You will be resourceful with proven analytical skills and you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
