A local renowned organisation is now looking for a HR Manager to join their team. With a good standing locally and globally, they are frequently the choice organisation to be part of.
As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full range of HR spectrum and you are critical in providing strategic and advisory support to the organisation. You will manage the L&D roadmaps for all employees, work with the respective department heads to identify training gaps and translate that into actionable upskill courses.
Reporting to the HR Head, part of your responsibility will also be to strategise and create attractive C&B structure to attract and retain talents. You will participate in market surveys and analyse data to evaluate the competitiveness of the pay structure.
You will have at least 8-10 years of HR Generalist experience. To excel in this role, you will possess strong L&D skills with knowledge in the C&B function. You are familiar with the different types of incentives programmes and you are adept in working under tight deadlines.
