    Description

    Our client is an American-headquartered global leader in the fields of Specialty Ingredients & Food Nutrition. Their products and services impact close to three-quarters of the world’s population today and has significantly uplifted the quality of poultry, fish, and fresh meat which we consume daily. As the APAC hub for their Commercial and Manufacturing divisions, Singapore is strategically important to the business and plays a key role in driving revenue across Asia. They are now seeking a HR Manager to join the team and continue driving progressive change across the region through a combination of skilled HR business partnering and strong Total Rewards acumen.

    Role

    As part of a team of 5 – this HR Manager reports directly to the VP of HR (APAC) and will be responsible for 1 direct report.  You will be a trusted HR Business Partner to the senior management team from multiple business units located across Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand. In this capacity, you will advise these business units on full spectrum HR topics across talent attraction, talent retention, people development, total rewards, and employee engagement. Furthermore, within the HR team of 5, you also double-up as their Total Rewards specialist and are responsible for ensuring salary benchmarks remain competitive to external market conditions. Other HR specialist areas such as learning & development, talent management, and HR Operations will reside with other colleagues in the team.     Requirements

    You should be degree-qualified with at least 6 years of HR experience. You must have prior experience advising business stakeholders as a HR business partner, and must also have been involved in salary benchmarking exercises. Proficiency at Microsoft Excel would also be a huge advantage.
