    Description

    Our client is a renowned luxury fashion brand. An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager role is now open – this role will be based in Singapore, and the remit will cover Southeast Asia.

    Role
    As the HR Manager, you have overview of the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and HR Ops. However, you will play a critical role in owning the full talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s development goals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of both corporate and retail store positions. You will serve as a business partner with the retail operations and management on various HR services and oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 5 years experience as a HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition specialist. Experience within the Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus. You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

    The role will also require travelling within the region – at about 30%.
