    We are proud to be partnering one of the largest tech companies in the world as they seek a HR Manager (Payroll & Benefits) for their APAC HQ. Our client ranks amongst the most valuable companies in the world and their products touch millions of people every day; life would be much different without them. The opportunity has now arisen for someone to join this technology juggernaut in shaping tomorrow’s future.

    Role

    This newly created role is based out of the APAC Headquarters in Singapore and would be contributing to this tech giant’s expansion plans across Asia. They are rapidly expanding and their technology today influences much of the decisions we make – the chance is now yours to similarly influence how they attract and retain the best talent our region has to offer. You will be in charge of running payroll across Asia and spearhead process efficiencies to upgrade the payroll system to make it quicker and more accurate. You will collaborate closely with Global Payroll HQ to evaluate system improvements and prepare payroll reports for annual tax filings. At the same time, you will oversee the company’s top-of-class benefits program and be in charge of communicating these progressive benefits to employees and track these uptake rates. This ensures the firm’s benefits programs are well-utilized and play a part in making each employee feel valued and taken care of.

    Requirements

    You must be degree-qualified with 5-8 years of payroll & benefits administration experience gained in a global MNC. You must be well-versed in Singapore taxation laws and payroll regulations, and should have been involved in enhancing benefits schemes. You are hands-on in all manners of payroll and benefits but yet hold a strategic mindset constantly thinking of ways to improve processes and boost efficiency. You have an excellent command of English and are comfortable dealing with all manners of stakeholders from the most senior to junior of ranks.
