Our client is a highly successful Professional Services firm headquartered in Singapore. There are more than 10 regional offices and exciting expansion plans in the works. My client is now looking to hire a highly experienced HR Manager to be based in Singapore. This role will be focused on supporting the Singapore HQ, while collaborating with the regional offices.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment and Onboarding, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and HR Ops. You will take charge of the talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s development goals. You will be the go-to person to ensure HR practices are compliant with statutory requirements and market practices.
This role reports to the Managing Director, and is a leadership role with direct reports. This role will be required to build a close working relationship with the HODs, to facilitate and advise them on all HR matters. The role will also be responsible in taking charge of the preparation, distribution and reporting processes of payroll done in-house.
You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 10-12 years experience as a HR Generalist. Experience within the Professional Services sector is a plus. You are a people person who strongly believes in the importance of meeting and connecting with your stakeholders. You have the ability to listen, counsel and to advise others.
