The remit lies within a Singapore incorporated firm with global presence across 10 over countries. There is now an opportunity to join the growing team as a HR Manager.
Your role as a HR Manager entails the full spectrum of HR Operational matters – from manpower budgeting to performance management to talent acquisition etc.. You are responsible for all administrative matters pertaining to the HR function and you will manage all employee engagement activities.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be required to review all HR policies and processes to ensure that they are compliant to the statutory requirements. Part of your scope will require you to manage and liaise with external HR vendors to ensure that all HR activities meet the best practices guidelines.
You will have a minimum of 6 years of HR experience, ideally from the retail/FMCG or start up sectors. You work well in a team and you are a resourceful problem solver. To excel in this role, you will need to have strong vendor management skills and the ability to think out of the box.
