    Our client is a renowned brand with a global presence within the Consumer Goods industry. An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager role is now open – this role will be based in Singapore, and the remit will cover Singapore.

    Role
    As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and HR Ops. You will take charge of the talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s development goals. You will serve as a business partner with the retail operations and management on various HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle.

    This role reports to the HR Director, and will require a close working relationship with the HODs on Annual Performance Review, salary increments, and to provide HR-related advice. The role will also be responsible in the preparation, distribution and reporting processes of payroll.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist. Experience within the Consumer Goods or Retail sector is a plus. You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
