    We are pleased to be partnering once more with a beloved client of ours – they are one of the world’s largest fund managers and boast an investment footprint across multiple industries and geographies. Their talented investment team has consistently recorded above-market performance, even during the recent year’s shakeup, and the firm has continued on a steady hiring drive.

    They are currently seeking a Regional HR Operations Manager as part of their efforts to uplift internal HR capabilities and continue providing best-in-class service to employees across Asia. This is a newly-created position with a regional HR Operations remit encompassing Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and China etc.


    This role is made up of 2 distinct work streams: enabling day-to-day tactical HR Operations; and driving process improvement through the use of technology. Firstly, you will work collaboratively alongside a fellow HR Operations peer in Singapore to oversee full spectrum HR duties including on/off-boarding, newcomer orientation, contract generation, work pass applications, background checks, and benefits administration. Concurrently, you will also work alongside the global HR team on process optimization as they embark on adopting a next-generation cloud based HRIS system. This will see your involvement in various HR projects which leverage your keen sense of process improvement – either at automating repetitive manual tasks, or removing/combining duplicate workstreams. If you are a well-rounded HR professional with a strong interest in HR Operations and process improvement, this may just be the perfect role for you!


    The successful candidate should possess at least 8 years of hands-on HR Operations experience with significant exposure to the Financial Services industry. You should also be adept at full-spectrum HR operations from on/off-boarding, pass applications, benefits administration etc. A strong indicator for cultural fit would include a keen sense for creativity & process improvement, coupled with a collaborative spirit with thrives in dynamism.
