    Description

    Our client is a leading international bank which ranks amongst one of the most recognizable and prestigious names across the globe. They have delivered outstanding financial results even amidst the Covid-19 pandemic and are in excellent position to capture increasing market share despite current macroeconomic trends. They are now looking for an experienced Organisation Development Specialist to join their Global team in spearheading organisational growth across the Group.

    Role

    This highly visible role sits at Group level and advises Global C-suite executives on changes in target operating model, organisation structure, reporting lines, and capability maps. An example of this could entail assessing current organisational structures across size & shape and/or controls & layers, and thereafter proposing reviews to enhance synergy and efficiency. It could also involve understanding latest OD trends and partnering with business leaders to deliver end-to-end organisation design work and major transformational initatives across all OD capabilities. Ultimately, your role will cut across top levels of the organisation to deliver on cutting-edge change strategies. You play a direct role in enhancing capabilities within the bank to develop and sustain exceptional growth.

    Requirements

    You must be degree-qualified with at least 5-8 years of relevant organisation development and/or change management experience. Prior experience with a global consultancy firm in the fields of management consulting or strategy consulting may also be considered. You should be highly collaborative, a strong problem-solver, and an excellent communicator. To be successful in this role, you should ideally demonstrate strong personal desire for alternative thinking and openness for varied types of work assignments.
