My client is a blue-chip consulting firm with significant presence in the Asia Pacific region. Due to rapid growth in demand within the field of HR Consulting, they are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to Manager level to support their impressive portfolio growth in the region. This is an organisation that continuously invests in their people development.
You will be part of the regional Talent Consulting team, in the sphere of Future Workforce Design and HR Transformation. Directly partnering with global clients, you will contribute to HR change projects such as the redesign of HR processes or HRIS Technology roll outs. You will apply your experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: HR Change Management, HR Employee Experience, HR Operational Model Design, HR Organisational Design, HR Processes Design, HR Analytics, Assessment & Selection, Talent Management, etc.
You will be degree-qualified and have more than 5 years’ work experience in HR Consulting firms . Individuals with experience relating to the redesign of HR strategy, process or operations would be a bonus. You are described as agile, quick-witted and a problem-solver.
