Description
Our client is a renowned player in the FMCG industry, with an outstanding history and an acclaimed portfolio as one of the largest producers in its category. They are now seeking for a HR Transformation Project Manager to develop and establish workstreams, manage projects and drive key initiatives.
Reporting to the CHRO, you will be at the frontlines of business transformation and establishing workflows for the company. Responsibilities include crafting and leading project initiatives, driving change and spearheading communications plans. You are an expert in HR change projects, and possess strong stakeholder management, organisation design and implementation skills. An excellent communicator, you are adept at project management skills and are able to drive change communications initiatives.
Key Requirements
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant HR Change management and HR Transformation Projects. Ability to deliver on key change initiatives, as well as establishing and implementing workflows. Excellent communications and influencing skills to introduce new ideas and implement communications strategies.
