This highly visible role will involve overseeing and driving HR best practice and a defined talent strategy for two key business units. A strategic yet hands-on mandate, the role sits in a matrix structure and drives the talent acquisition strategy for the bank.
The broad remit will require your focus around building and developing a strong team and HR capability in a demanding, ever-changing environment. Great results, high caliber people and a solid foundation to build on make this a very attractive opportunity with a lot of potential.
To be successful you should be a results-oriented, high caliber HR business partner with a successful track record. A good team player as well as one, who is able to work with minimum supervision, will succeed in this role. Prior work experience in the banking and financial services industry is highly preferred.
