    Description

    With an international presence, our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Goods company. The company is currently looking to hire a HRIS Analyst (1 Year Contract) to take provide support on HRMS matters and related projects from the regional headquarters in Singapore. This role has a APAC remit.

    Role
    This role will report to the Regional HR Director, and works closely with relevant stakeholders, serving as the conduit between IT and HR to oversee the integrity and administration of HR Systems. The successful candidate can have the opportunity to be in charge of the development and maintenance of HR Dashboard(s) and provide regular reports on key HR metrics for the organization including recruitment metrics, compensation and benefits, training and more.

    This dynamic position will be able to participate in various HR projects at the regional level.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
    • A minimum of 2 years of HRIS/HRMS experience, with knowledge of either of the following systems: Workday, Lumesse, SAP, PeopleSoft
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • The role is a 1 year contract
