    Senior HRIS Lead, SuccessFactors 

    This is a renowned institution with strong regional branding in Asia. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HRIS lead to drive the SuccessFactors implementation based in Singapore as part of their HR Transformation journey towards a Cloud-based platform.

    Reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will support and implement the HRIS system to a SAP SuccessFactors platform.  You will lead the project management team, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver to ensure a seamless migration and implementation.

    Responsibilities

    Project manage and implement HRIS initiatives working with senior leadership and stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Collaborate with the CoEs to define and implement forward-thinking HRIS strategies and solutions to elevate the HR function and operation excellence. Partner closely with the Head of HRIS on strategic direction on HRIS system to meet the human capital needs. You are responsible to review the process and policies to enhance the HRIS system.

    Work with the IT department to revamp the SOP for the operations support of HR systems. Partner closely with the respective HRBPs toensure best practices are aligned to organizational priorities and operational needs. Provides support on the ongoing enhancement, maintenance and upgrades of all HR related technology working in partnership with the vendors. Provide training and learning session to the HRBPs and business stakeholders.

     Requirements

    Degree in HR related field. At least 12 years of relevant HRIS experience, especially in driving large scale of SuccessFactors implementation. Strong project management experience is critical to the success of this position. Proven experience in HR Transformation projects are an advantage. You will come with strong technical knowledge in HRIS systems. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to and manage and resolve conflict.  Strong ability to collaborate across business units. Experience in supporting the operations support of HRIS systems.
