We are partnering a renowned global financial institution with significant investment in equities and who owns some of the most promising ventures in biotechnology, AI, renewables, and digital fintech. An exciting role has just come up for a HRIS Senior Associate to join them in driving system enhancements for their cloud-based platform (SuccessFactors).
Reporting directly to the Hd of HRIS, you will play a key role in the delivery of various SuccessFactors modules. Starting with gathering design requirements for customized interfaces and configurations, you will thereafter drive the project lifecycle to its Build, Testing, and Implementation stages. You will also double-up as the primary contact between the IT team and stakeholders including business managers, end users, product and support vendors. You delicately balance the demands of the business with the delivery timelines set by the IT engineers, while constantly pushing the boundaries of system enhancements through your creativity and technical know-how.
You are degree-qualified with at least 6-8 years of HRIS experience ideally with SuccessFactors. You must have strong project management experience and deep technical knowledge in HRIS systems; prior experience in enhancing existing HRIS modules would be extremely advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary due to strong partnership with business stakeholders and the IT team.
