    Our client is a major global Technology Services company with significant Asia Pacific presence.  To support its continued growth and transformation agenda, there is now a newly created opportunity for a dynamic Human Resources Leader to join its Asia Pacific team, based in Hong Kong.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources, this is an exciting commercially oriented role where you and your team will directly partner Hong Kong and Greater China business leaders in developing and executing strategic people strategies to achieve its business goals.   You will be a valued and trusted advisor to the leadership team, with strong focus on HR business partnering and advisory across areas including organisational design, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, rewards, employee engagement and culture building. You will challenge the status quo, and drive innovation in HR to “move the needle” by developing and delivering HR transformation and programs which provide measurable results to the business.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in human resource leadership roles covering Hong Kong and Greater China markets gained in major technology consulting or professional services firms.  You are a people-centric leader with experience working through business transformations, driving capability building and organisational development.  Fluency in Mandarin will be essential due to frequent communication with stakeholders in China. You are innovative, future-focused, strategic yet highly hands on. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
