    Our client is a well regarded and fast-growing bank with a strong presence in Vietnam.  It is undergoing significant digital and business transformation, and as such is seeking to appoint a dynamic Human Resource Leader to support its transformation and growth agenda.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead the Human Resource Business Partnering division in providing strategic and commercially aligned HR solutions to business leaders to enable successful attraction, development and retention of engaged and high performing employees. Partnering with the HR COEs, your team will directly partner the business in delivering HR strategies and programs supporting major organisational and business change situations as the bank innovates and transforms. This includes strategic workforce planning and transformation, performance management, talent development, succession planning, rewards, employee engagement and other strategic HR projects.

    Requirements

    You are a degree qualified human resources leader with demonstrated track record leading HR business partnering functions in major international banks through high growth and transformation.  You are a strategic yet operationally hands on leader who is passionate about People and Culture, and a proactive adopter of HR best practices, HR technology and analytics tools.  You are highly resilient, adaptable with excellent communication, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
