This premier bank consistently recorded strong performance and continues to invest in growth. As it promotes internal mobility for its strong talents, it now hiring a dynamic Credit Approver and Portfolio Manager to be part of its Global Corporate Banking business.

Responsibilities

With a strong business acumen balanced with strategic risk mindset, you will review and approve credit proposals relating to Corporate Banking business. You will conduct portfolio analysis to ensure strong oversight of credit risk exposure at portfolio level.  As a business partner, you will produce insightful portfolio reports for key business leaders, highlighting areas of focus and opportunities.  You will represent the function on divisional and cross functional projects relating to credit risk, Basel, credit process improvements etc.  You will collaborate with the Group Risk Management on credit policy and framework in support of specific requirements of Corporate Banking business.

Key Requirements

You possess at least 15 years of relevant credit experience including credit approval, credit risk evaluation, structuring for corporate banking transactions gained in major banks. Strong understanding of the corporate banking business across diverse sectors and geographies will be critical. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you possess good knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory guidelines.
