Our client is a regional financial institution with strong foothold of the regional market. This is a great opportunity to be part of its change the bank infrastructure team in a Senior Program Delivery role.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Function Head, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of bank wide infrastructure change delivery programs. Leading a team, you set program delivery strategy while serving as a catalyst between the team and stakeholders to identify technology improvements and best practices for these projects. You will be involved in infrastructure architecture evaluation of its bank wide technology and hold a pivotal role in setting infrastructure roadmap.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you have minimum 12 years of experience infrastructure management and project management role. You have proven experience in leading large scale infrastructure program, communication with both C-Suite and application teams, and able to lead architectural discussions. You have strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills, and are able to work alongside senior management in both business and technology divisions.
