Role

A leading MNC, our client is expanding their presence in Singapore and is looking to move beyond conventional audit methodology and adopt continuous audit and monitoring framework. The emphasis on planning, organizing and executing of audits globally, will come in form of an internal audit assistant manager to join them in this newly created role. Reporting directly to the Director of Audit, this sole contributor will achieve their goals primarily through thorough and constant end-to-end risk assessment, and reporting on operational, financial and compliance results of the organization. You can be expected to liaise extensively with several stakeholders across all business groups, ensuring adoption of best internal practices and compliance, whilst recommending new policies through usage of data analytics to improve and automate processes. Travelling of 25% can be expected of the role.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience gain in internal audit, candidates straight from Big 4 are also welcomed to apply. You possess strong understanding of IIA standards and ability to fully comply with these standards. As a few projects will be conducted in Mandarin, Mandarin proficiency will be required. You are also equipped with working knowledge with Data Visualization tools (eg. PowerBI/Tableau/MySQL). You are an effective communicator, adept in influencing internal stakeholders the buy-in of key initiatives.
