My client is an established US law firm with a market leading Investment Funds practice and is presently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team here in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and review of fund documentation, including private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, and side letters.
• Manage the fund launch process, including the formation of new funds and the opening of bank accounts.
• Advising clients on fundraising activities, including the preparation of marketing materials and responding to investor due diligence requests.

Qualifications:

• Ideally UK/US Qualified, with 2-3 PQE of private funds experience gained from reputable UK/US Law firms
• Sound knowledge and working familiarity in fund formation, fundraising, fund operations, as well as other aspects of fund management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
