Role
As part of the Investments, SEA team, you will be assisting in formulating and executing asset management and investment strategies and plans for the company’s portfolio to optimize income and realize the highest value for our assets. You are expected to possess sound technical skills/knowledge in financial modelling, regional coverage include Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and India.
- Proceed with M&A project in Asia consumer sector as a team leader (planning, explore opportunities, negotiate with target company, analyze target company etc) by collaborating with internal/external parties.
- Developing new businesses inside company in relation to the existing portfolio.
- Develop and expand asset management business (real estate, infrastructure, data center) in Asian region.
- Manage and support affiliated companies in Asian countries which the company has invested related to asset management business and private equity business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- 6 – 10 years experience in investment banking, merger & acquisitions, and/or deal execution
- Experience in management consultancy is a plus
- Professional and broad knowledge of M&A (valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring)
- Strong interpersonal skill of communication and negotiation between suppliers and users and other branch offices.
