Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Global Commercial Firm to hire for an IT Infrastructure Manager.

Role

You are to drive planning and management of infrastructure operations and production support across systems, database administration and network operations.

Ensuring high availability and minimal down-time impact to the business, you are responsible for improving operational automation and ensure all incidents are handled in a timely manner.
Requirements

• Degree qualified, you come with at least 5 years experience in team lead capacity in 24*7 operations environment.
• Proven record in vendor management across service desk, network and applications domain.
• CCNA certified, you have strong working knowledge in router and switch configuration (Cisco and Meraki preferred).
• Good understanding of Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Prior experience with budget management.
