Kerry Consulting is currently partnering a rapidly growing Global IT organisation and as part of business expansion, they are looking for IT Operations Support Manager to coordinate, plan, and lead IT-related activities and service delivery. Due to project sensitivity, only Singaporeans may apply.

Role

You are responsible for ICT Infrastructure project initiation to implementation, and ensuring compliance with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices, standards, and project management disciplines.

Requirements

• Degree certified, at least 8 years working experience in IT Service Delivery capacity.
• Strong working experience with Microsoft Products (e.g. Windows 10/11. Office365, Azure, Active Directory).
• Demonstrated knowledge in Networking, System Administration, Cloud-based infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• ITIL and/or Microsoft certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
