Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a lead payments company to hire for an IT Operations Manager.

Role

This newly created leadership position will allow you the opportunity to adopt a people-driven, autonomous approach towards incident management, increasing innovation, communication and accountability within the team.

Reporting to Head of IT Service Operations, you are responsible for managing a cross-functional team to troubleshoot and provide resolution to technical issues and sustain service availability.

Requirements

• Degree qualified, you have at least 7 years’ experience of 24×7 operations experience.
• Display strong leadership qualities and is an effective communicator.
• Outcome-oriented and is creative in problem-solving.
• Good understanding of technology domains; Network, Security, UNIX platform, API messaging, Server, Applications.
