We are partnering one of the most renowned names within the Hospitality sector, to identify a suitable IT Performance Manager to support the development of technology roadmap and manage technology health within the organisation.

Role

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be the driving force behind the technology capability, performance, and vendor management of the organisation.

You are to build an efficient management framework and monitoring mechanism, to drive continuous improvements and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems
• At least 8 years experience in IT service industry with good working IT knowledge
• Proven track record in IT contract negotiations and vendor management
• Experienced in technology change and transformation management
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma and ITILv4 is highly advantageous
