Kerry Consulting is currently partnering a rapidly growing FinTech firm and as part of business expansion, they are looking for an ITSM Lead to be at the forefront of technology innovation.

Role

A newly created position, you will own and maintain ITSM processes end-to-end within an Agile organisation, and grow the service management team into a 24*7 geo-dispersed operation. You are to drive top quality customer service by ensuring appropriate SLAs are in place and achieved.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience with more than 8 years in ITSM.
• Proven track record in shaping teams and processes using ITIL concepts.
• Proficient in operation Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google) and B2B networks.
• Experienced in managing customer facing production environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong influencing skills to manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels.
