Our client is a UK-listed FTSE 250 Financial Services firm with a reputation for excellence in the industry. They are currently looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join their team.
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for advising business units on HR matters across the employee lifecycle. This will include workforce planning, performance management, talent development, talent retention, and employee engagement. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure that their employees are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to drive business success.
We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn and excited about experiencing a HR Business Partner role for the first time or continuing to grow in this area. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment and be encouraged to take ownership of your work.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 7 years of experience and be excited about the prospect of joining an international, multi-cultural, and collaborative firm. You must possess a team-based mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be confident in your ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
