    Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to gain valuable exposure within a fast-paced environment, with seasoned team members whom you can learn from. This is a permanent role is based in Singapore (central location).     Role
    As the HRBP, you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of HR in the full spectrum of HR: including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and other HR Functions where necessary. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the implementation of various regional/global HR programs.

    Some details of the responsibilities include: preparing and validating job descriptions for regional roles, coordinating onboarding shcedules, providing support and input on L&D programs. There will be involvement in the budgeting exercise to ensure there is alignment for headcount reporting and payroll costing. Where required, this role will support in mobility cases as well. The role will also work closely with the Rewards team to provide support in the annual salary and bonus review exercise.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 3 years experience as a HR Generalist.
    Experience within the Retail sector and multinational companies is a plus.
    You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and are results-oriented.
    You are highly motivated and driven to excel.
    You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written & verbal.
