Responsibilities

You will manage around 5 direct reports and coach, inspire them, you will speak with external customers to understand their requirements and create user stories, furthermore you will be somebody that likes to get stuck into a topic and fully understand it. You will get to take part in project such as: Front to back digitization and automation of credit and lending processes, Machine learning, payments technology, building workflow strategy, digital signature capability on cloud.

Requirements

You are degree qualified people person with at least 7-12 years of Business Analyst related experience in Financial Services preferably in Digital Transformation and you have experience interacting with the external clients to understand their requirements. Candidates from Agile or Waterfall backgrounds may apply although Agile would be preferred. You have sound knowledge of Digital channels and be able to write user stories but we are not looking for a technical solution designer as this is a more business focused Business Analyst role. You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Digital Transaction Banking would be a nice to have but not necessary!
