Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation known for its strong focus on innovation. To support its growth and transformation agenda, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic and tech savvy future focused HR Business Partnering Lead to join them.
This is an exciting role managing a team where you will lead and drive the HR Business Partnering agenda for a key division across a full spectrum of HR solutions with high focus on workforce transformation, talent development and succession planning. This is a highly strategic role where you will directly partner senior business leaders to shape the people strategy. As trusted partner, coach, challenge, support, you and your team will provide HR expertise and insights to leaders to develop talent strategy, strengthen performance, culture, capability building and employee engagement to achieve enterprise agility.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Business Partnering roles successfully supporting business growth and transformations in large complex organisations with strong Digital / Technology focus. You have good experience in workforce transformation, capability and talent development as well as succession planning. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
