My client, a global bank, is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to partner banking leaders across functions and influence communications narratives for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities
As a strategic advisor to the bank and a seasoned communications practitioner, you are responsible for the communications narratives for the bank’s branding internally and externally. You will create content and shape perspectives to build awareness and understanding of the bank’s values and key initiatives, including employee branding and stance on diversity.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant communications or public relations programs, and a minimum of 10 years of corporate communications experience ideally within a financial services environment. You are strategic, persuasive, and a great storyteller. You have a proven track record with issues / crisis management, and excellent communications skills.
