Responsibilities

You will drive the development of learning programs to support future workforce and skills. In collaboration with internal and external partners, you will identify future workforce capability needs and implement people development solutions. You will also be responsible for leadership development to make sure pipeline of future leaders who continue to progress and ready to take on new roles. You are learning partner to a portfolio of client groups where you will perform learning needs analysis and deliver learning programs to ensure effectiveness of the respective function.

Key Requirements

You possess at least 10 years of relevant experience including learning, leadership and future workforce development. You are a credible leader, visionary, highly agile, strategic, driven and tenacious, and will thrive in a fast moving and changing environment. Experience in the financial services industry is not a must.
