Our client is a Singapore-headquartered Infrastructure & Engineering company with global footprints. As the business continues to strengthen their growth, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for construction litigation to transit into an in-house role, or for an in-house counsel keen to be move involved in global projects.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be providing pragmatic and prompt legal advice and solutions to the business, including preparation of contracts, driving negotiations and advising on a wide range of legal issues across the globe. You will also be involved in the global expansion plan to set up new subsidiaries and project offices, as well as any closings.

Qualifications
You should be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of PQE, trained in reputable construction legal practices or in-house engineering companies. You are solution-focused and excellent communication skills, you have a proven track record in managing challenging due dates and simultaneous projects.
