Our client is an European-headquartered company in the Engineering/Industrial space, looking for a driven legal counsel to join their legal team in their Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity for a young lawyer looking to transit in-house within an established company with exciting projects, or an in-house lawyer looking for a different challenge.

Responsibilities

Reporting to their Head of Legal, you will be actively involved drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, mediations and compliance matters. Construction experience is an advantage but not necessary. This role will work closely with the business units directly, having keen commercial awareness and confidence will be an advantage.

Requirements

You should be a qualified lawyer, between 3-5 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate in private practice to transit into an in-house role, or for an in-house counsel keen to be move involved in a wide range of legal and compliance matters.
