Our client is a leading agribusiness company with operations across the globe. They are looking for a Financing Lawyer to support the Senior Corporate Counsel on treasury matters. This role will start off on a 6-month contract, with high possibility to be converted to a permanent position.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be providing legal support in finance and derivatives transactions as well as structured solutions documentation, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various commercial agreements, facility letters and loan documentations. You will work closely with the Treasury and Finance teams to provide pragmatic legal advice and solutions.

Qualifications
You are a common law qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE practicing as a Banking & Finance lawyer. Solution-focused with strong technical skills, you can confidently partner well with regional business leaders and external counsels in navigating the business through complex matters. With a proven track record functioning in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, you can focus on delivering results under challenging deadlines.
