Our client is a market leading medical device company with operations across the globe. As the business continues to strengthen their portfolio and grow strategically, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their robust legal team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Business Director, you will play a key role in managing all legal issues and support the business on a variety of legal matters, including preparation of business contracts, driving negotiations and corporate transactions, ie M&As, investment matters. As a legal business partner to the business, you will play a key role in bridging the gap with commercial teams in facilitating pragmatic legal advice and sharing best practices to mitigate risks to the business.

Qualifications
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE practicing as a corporate and commercial/ M&A lawyer. Prior in-house experience will be highly regarded. Solution-focused and commercially savvy, you can confidently partner well with global business leaders and external counsels in navigating the business through complex matters. With a proven track record functioning in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, you can focus on delivering results under challenging deadlines.
