    Kerry Consulting is currently working with an established Singapore headquartered organization that has a focus on early stage investments within the renewable energy sector across solar, wind, hydro as well as infrastructures.  As part of their growing plans, they are looking to bring on-board a highly dynamic legal counsel to join their current team.


    As a legal counsel within the team, you will be actively involve in partnering with the corporate development team as well as internal stakeholders on project development matters from financing to joint investments/mergers and acquisitions. You will help to identify the legal risks in these projects and review agreements ranging from financing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, tenders/bids as well as joint development agreements. The transactions are usually cross-border in nature given that investments are spread across the South East Asia region. As part of the wider legal and compliance team, you will also take on an active role in ensuring compliance of developers/vendors to the agreements.


    In order to succeed in this role, you should be qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE with prior experience in projects or financing. Individuals who have worked in an international organization or have international work experience as this role requires interaction across jurisdictions. You should be someone who is also passionate about the renewable energy and is keen on making an impact.
