Legal / Regulatory Manager – Digital Change, Leading Private Bank

Work for a prestigious Private Bank.  Broad scope across Private Bank including on the Digital Products.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of the department, you will be working with Product teams to interpret new Laws and regulations that have an effect on the Bank’s Digital products/ connections to electronic trading /  client facing digital channels and  chat applications).  You have a passion for digital technology which could include Blockchain / data privacy /digital currencies etc.

Requirements

You are a Law-trained, degree qualified professional with related experience in Financial Services preferably in the Legal or Banking Industry.  You have a personality that is curious, a problem solver and eager to face new challenges rather than someone who will simply  repeat what they already know (as you may have to face a new regulation overseas that you have not faced before).

If you have experience in regulatory matters of the private banking and investment services industry this would be ideal but not necessary…Candidates must understand risk in a large corporation so if you have only ever worked a startup this will be challenging.
