A top-tier, leading global insurance firm with an established and growing presence in Asia is looking to hire for their regional corporate development team in support of its growth strategies in APAC.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a high calibre team with extensive transaction experience. Key responsibilities include executing transactions, extensive financial modelling, conducting due diligence, reviewing transaction documents and preparing investment memos. You will assist in reviewing partnership opportunities, including traditional, digital, and insur-tech investments. You will support senior team members in executing regional transactions, ensuring successful completion.

Requirements

To succeed in this exciting role, you should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in M&A,  corporate finance, financial advisory or in-house corporate development. You have robust financial modelling skills, strong analytical abilities and project management experience. You are well versed with the investment/transaction cycle and are confident communicating with and presenting to deal parties and internal stakeholders. A driven and proactive individual, you are enthusiastic about investing and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented, multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
