Our client is experiencing continuous high growth and is a highly established and successful Shipping company with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific region. Due to increasing business needs, there is now an opportunity for a Treasury Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the assistant General Manager, you will devise Group Platform, and country level financing and capital structure/WACC strategies, including formulation of specific action plans. You will leverage on your resourcefulness networks, you will play a strategic part in negotiation of credit lines/loan arrangements (including mezzanine debt) and be responsible for Group cashflow projections and overall risk management. You are also expected to generate financial models to support key decision making for projects.

Requirements

Ideally, you should be degree qualified and possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant commercial experiences, of which should be in a multination and/or in a regional capacity. You have a good knowledge of generalist treasury function and corporate finance and have a strong ability to work within unstructured and ambiguous terrain. You are both strategic in mindset and operational in execution. You are mature, driven and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
