My client is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager for their Singapore business. This is a new headcount as part of team expansion, and an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic firm in its digitalization and growth journey.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing, you will strategize, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for the Singapore business across product lines. You will be part of larger marketing conferences for strategy planning towards business objectives, and will partner product, brand, and creative teams.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant programs, and at least 5 years of marketing experience ideally in performance marketing from media agencies, fintech, and or Internet industries. You are experienced leading large-scale national performance marketing campaigns from strategy and implementation to optimization and recommendations independently. The ideal candidate is commercial, a natural problem solver, and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
