With is, there is now an exciting opportunity of a newly created position: Manager/Senior Manager of Rewards and People Analytics seated in the Singapore Head Office.
Responsibilities
This role will have its hands in the transformation and build up of Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics potential. This position comprises of 2 main focuses: Compensation & Benefits Design and People Analytics. For the Compensation & Benefits mandate, you will be responsible for contributing data to construct business case presentations that will influence stakeholders and secure their buy-ins on proposed Compensation & Benefits strategies. On top of that, you will be working with consultants to design long-term incentive plans that reward employee and encourage talent retention. As for the People Analytics mandate, you will be spearheading the building of top-notch capabilities, to enable meaningful analysis and decisioning on Compensation & Benefits solutions and Workforce Analytics to drive business performance and growth. You will be reporting to the Global Director of Total Rewards.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Analytics with a proven track record of effectively organizing, prioritizing, implementing, and managing tasks and projects. You are a strategic thinker and numerically inclined self-starter who contributes and executes ideas with business acumen. You uphold a high level of integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner with working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You are an excellent communicator, verbal and written.
