Our client is one of the top media companies in the world and has ambitious plans of accelerated growth in the region. We are now hiring their Marketing Director, Asia who will provide leadership and guidance to the business as it goes through this very exciting times.
Leading a team and reporting into the VP of the region, you would be responsible for the strategizing, planning and implementing of all marketing activities, as well as optimizing the returns on marketing investments, including brand strategy, event marketing, event operations, social media, public relations, and marketing partnerships. You shall champion and manage the marketing budget against target KPIs and monitor P&L impact. Working along the sales organisation, you will also identify opportunities for the Company by analyzing market, consumer, and competitive trends to support the company as it continues pivoting for the future.
You are degree qualified with at least 12 years’ experience in Marketing with a high growth consumer digital space or with a large media house, with a focus on youth marketing. Other than a solid understanding of SEM, social media, mobile marketing, traffic generation, and digital ecosystems, you would have demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to work with complex stake holders. You would also be a thought leader who is kept abreast with marketing strategy development and comfortable working with ambiguious setups.
