This premier asset manager invests in private assets globally. Due to growing investments, it is now recruiting a MD, HR Operating Partner.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of HR, and partner with the deal teams, you will provide strategic and business-centric advice on people matters for the investments (pre and post-acquisition) and the portfolio companies. You will participate across the portfolio company’s activities ranging from providing HR insights, conducting organizational and HR review, evaluating due diligence process, and monitoring of organizational and HR priorities. You will work in partnership with the bigger HR team to drive desired culture, vision and strategy for the Group.

Requirements

You are a seasoned HR leader, functioning as CHRO/Head of HR across multiple geographies. You possess a breadth of HR products and industries. You are commercial, strategic and yet operationally hands-on, credible, a strong business partner, a people developer and possess a global mind-set. Financial services experience is not a must.
