Oil Derivatives Trader (Crude / Light Distillates), Ambitious Trading House

We are working on a confidential mandate with an ambitious energy trading house seeking for an Oil Derivatives Trader. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

As a prop trader for the derivatives trading book (either in crude or light distillates – naphtha, gasoline, etc.), your primarily responsibility would be derivatives spec trading for profit generation, ideally supported with some physical back-to-back trades.

Besides being in an entrepreneurial and flat structure working environment, the incumbent will be rewarded with a transparent bonus structure linked to your P&L performance.

Requirements

You have a proven P&L track record with at least 10 years of experience in Oil Derivatives trading (spec) previously in crude or light distillates from a leading trading house/major/tier 1 investment bank. You are a self-starter, confident in managing your own book.
