An esteemed institution is seeking an accomplished leader to oversee their significant land size, facilities, and accommodation with a focus on delivering state-of-the-art amenities and the best customer experience for users. As a senior leadership role, you will act as a liaison between senior management and operational staff, and ensure that the assets are continuously optimized to meet the evolving needs of the users.

Responsibilities

As a core member of the Leadership Council, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the management and maintenance of facilities, residential, transportation, security services across and commercial leases. You will oversee any construction or renovation projects that may arise, and manage a sizable budget to contribute to the continued profitability of the institution while driving process improvements and re-engineering.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least 15 years of facilities management experience, ideally with extensive experience in managing large-scale facilities. One would also require strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication skills. Individuals may be from any industry – including hospitality, healthcare (hospitals), sports/leisure, real estate, or consultancies.
